Constellations 'SkillsBuilds' 5 x1-day online trainings that deepen and develop your constellating skills

30th November 2020–4th February 2021
Online

Introduction

This series of online trainings has been developed specifically for people with some ‘taster’ or introductory level training in Coaching & Organisational Constellations, who want to go further and deeper in their understanding of what to do at each stage of a constellation.

By building micro-skills in a structured way, the programme promises to equip participants with the know-how and the confidence to constellate. Each of the 5 x 1-day SkillsBuilds takes you on a detailed journey of discovery into the art of a Constellator. The series builds in a structured and accessible way, demystifying what happens at each step in the sequence of a constellation. The five SkillsBuilds are:

  • The Interview
  • Setting up & Reading the Constellation
  • Working with Embodiment & Phenomenology
  • Using Sentences
  • Resolving the Constellation

Structure & Ethos

This will be a highly practical and experiential online workshop, facilitated via Zoom. There will be a lively mix of theoretical inputs, group discussions, practical exercises in pairs and small groups, and Q&A ‘clinics’ where each participant can get their most pressing questions answered. Each programme will also be filmed and a copy given to each participant – so even if you miss one day, you will be sure to have the video material to fall back on. However - please note that breakout groups will not be filmed, to protect the more personal disclosure that makes pairs and small group activities so valuable.

Who should attend?

This workshop is suitable for coaches, consultants, facilitators and managers who would like a practical and detailed understanding of what to do at each stage of a Constellation. Participants should have completed at least a ‘fundamentals’ or ‘basics’ programme and be looking to get to grips with the practicalities of constellating. The programme is also relevant for therapists who wish to work with family systems, as coaches and managers who are working with organisational systems.
