Turning Points constellations for threshold moments
12th–14th October 2026
Paris
Turning Points are threshold moments – times when an individual, team or organisation reaches the edge of what it can sustain, and something new begins to ask for space. Something stops working. A familiar pattern loses its grip. A question appears that cannot be answered from where we have been standing. These moments carry risk – and they carry possibility. They may arrive quietly, as a persistent inner question, or loudly, through disruption, conflict, or change that can no longer be postponed. In our own lives as well as for our clients, turning points invite us to pause, re-orient, and move forwards differently.
Turning points show up in organisations as stalled initiatives, leadership transitions, unresolved tensions, or decisions that feel unexpectedly charged. In personal life, they emerge as inner conflicts, shifts in identity, questions of authority or belonging, or a growing sense that an old position no longer fits. For coaches and consultants, these personal and professional turning points are rarely separate; they inform one another, shaping our presence, interventions and choices.
Systemic Constellations offer a way to meet these moments with care and precision. By making visible the underlying dynamics, loyalties, and exclusions at play, we allow movement to happen where effort alone has failed. What is ready to be acknowledged? What has reached completion? What is waiting to emerge if given the right place?
This Masterclass offers an opportunity for practitioners who want to meet turning points with greater clarity and confidence. Participants will work with live themes from their own professional practice and personal lives, gain insight into their own thresholds of change and strengthen their capacity to support clients at moments where a different future becomes possible.
