Online
Despite having been thoroughly trained in Constellations, many practitioners struggle to translate this important systemic work into their everyday facilitation, consulting and team coaching practice.
It is not always possible nor appropriate to ‘whip out a constellation’ in the middle of a client meeting or workshop. In addition, we are rarely taught how the core theory relates directly to business themes.
So how do we ‘constellate without the constellation’? How do we preserve the essence of this practice as well as some of its key methodologies in service of our clients’ needs, but without setting up a constellation? This online, intensive Learning Circle aims to respond intelligently to these questions through sharing a constellations-informed consulting framework (the 5Ds Framework) that has been tried and tested in organisational practice. This framework supports coaches and consultants in the application of core Constellations theory to business themes such as Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, Leadership & Team Dynamics, Family businesses and more…
Structure & Dates
Following the success of two previous Learning Circles on this subject, we are happy to be able to respond to requests to offer a version of this popular programme online. We will meet virtually over 6 x 2-5 hour sessions twice each month. Meetings will be recorded and sent to participants after each session along with copies of the slide deck and accompanying notes. To accommodate different time zones, meetings will be held from 1330 – 1600 GMT on the following dates:
- 10th September 2026
- 1st October 2026
- 22nd October 2026
- 12th November 2026
- 3rd December 2026
- 22nd December 2026
The first session will provide a comprehensive overview of the ‘Constellating without the Constellation’ Framework (the core theoretical scaffolding of this systemic approach) and clarify what ‘working systemically’ means from this perspective. There will also be an introduction to The Orders of Helping. Subsequent sessions will explore in depth each aspect of the 5Ds and link to the topics of business interest above (ie, Change Management, Collaboration, Mergers, etc…).
Through case study application, discussion and exploration of ‘live’ issues, we will relate the teaching to participants’ own current practice. The goal of the sessions is to support you to develop greater confidence in your own ’signature style’ of applying constellations principles and methods without necessarily needing to set up a constellation.
Who should attend?
This event is suitable for those with some previous training in and experience of Constellations, who are struggling to apply this important work to their client practice without setting up a constellation.
