COLAB - Community of Learning Across Boundaries deepening mastery in systemic OD

Kick-off Module 23rd–24th September 2026
Chester, North West England & Cardiff, South Wales

COLAB is a dedicated Community of Practice for experienced organisational coaches, consultants and facilitators who are committed to deepening their mastery in systemic work — particularly Organisational and Systemic Constellations — and who are seeking a trusted peer group that will both support and stretch their practice.

This is not a conventional training programme. Rather, this COLAB is a rigorous and relational learning community for practitioners who are ready to refine their systemic craft, develop their own distinctive signature approach, and extend their impact in complex organisational environments. The COLAB offers a space to slow down, look deeply, and engage with systemic work at an advanced level,  integrating constellation practice with broader organisational development, coaching and consulting approaches.

What can I expect?

Meeting three times a year, for two days per session, the COLAB provides an informal yet highly focused space for:

  • advanced practice and experimentation
  • peer supervision and reflective inquiry
  • expert teaching inputs on emerging themes in the field
  • integration of systemic approaches into real organisational work
  • community-building and ongoing professional connection

We will work across the boundaries of family, organisational and social constellations, exploring how systemic patterns echo across contexts and inform our practice at depth. Bridging conventional constellation practice with broader organisational development, coaching and consulting approaches, we attend to the deeper thresholds between thinking and sensing, structure and emergence, and the individual practitioner and the wider systems we serve.

Each gathering follows a simple and adaptable framework, shaped by the needs and interests of the group. A typical COLAB session may include:

Morning of Day 1: Reconnection and expert input
Time to reconnect as a community, alongside teaching and dialogue on topics relevant to systemic organisational practice — for example conflict, strategy, organisational trauma, leadership dynamics, or issues emerging from participants’ work.

Afternoon of Day 1: Peer supervision and live case exploration
A structured space to bring real client situations, professional dilemmas, and organisational challenges for systemic inquiry and group learning.

Evening of Day 1: Integration and informal connection
Space for individual reflection, rest, and optional social time to deepen relationships within the community.

Morning of Day 2: Guided constellation practice
Experiential practice in constellating — including forms that work both with and beyond traditional constellation formats, supporting flexibility and innovation in applied organisational settings.

Afternoon of Day 2: Harvesting learning and practitioner development
A focus on personal and professional integration, signature style, and taking learning back into practice. The session closes with collective harvesting and next steps.

Who is the COLAB for?

The intention is to create a stable, trusted learning field for experienced practitioners working in organisational contexts. Therefore, this COLAB is designed for practitioners who:

  • already have experience in organisational coaching, consulting or facilitation
  • have some grounding in systemic thinking and constellation work
  • are committed to reflective practice and ongoing professional development
  • value a peer community that offers both support and challenge
  • want to integrate systemic constellations into real organisational impact

The COLAB may not be the right fit if you are:

  • looking for an introductory or step-by-step training course
  • new to systemic work and seeking foundational teaching
  • wanting a drop-in programme without continuity or commitment
  • primarily interested in personal constellations rather than organisational application

Group size and commitment

The COLAB will be a small, curated group of around 10 participants, allowing for depth of relationship, continuity of learning, and meaningful practice opportunities. Participants are invited to join with the intention of committing to the ongoing rhythm of the community, rather than attending as a one-off event.

While the first of the three annual meeting dates is given (23rd - 24th September 2026), future meeting dates will be agreed collectively with the group at the first session, with anticipated gatherings in January and May 2027.

The COLAB is intended as an ongoing community rather than a series of standalone events. Participants are encouraged to remain connected between gatherings, sharing reflections, resources and support as a sustainable community of practice.

As previous COLABs have drawn people from the North and South of the UK as well as internationally, sessions will alternate between Chester (North West England) and Cardiff, South Wales. Both locations are accessible via international airports and well-served by rail links.

Price & refund policy

The cost of each 2-day in-person COLAB is £800 ex VAT. A commitment is required to all 3 COLABs at a cost of £2400. It will be possible upon application to stagger payments in advance of each COLAB., or payment may be made in full.

Because of the nature of this workshop, a small number of bursary places are available for those who cannot afford the full fee. Please contact Ty directly if you wish to explore this possibility.

To keep prices affordable, we do not offer refunds on cancelled places. We are happy to transfer your place to another person you nominate, or we will offer you an equivalent place on another Meus programme within 12 months of your original booking.

Costs will cover facilitation and venue use, but will not include overnight accommodation. Where possible, discounted room rates will be arranged with venues.
