Refining your Coaching Constellations A Community of Practice, Learning & Development
A series of 5 workshops over 6 months 9th September 2021–15th February 2022
Online via Zoom
This series of online workshops has been developed specifically for coaches who want to go ‘further and deeper’ in their practical application of coaching constellations and develop their own ‘signature style’ of working within this systemic modality.
We shall be exploring the systemic dimensions of organisational topics as well as building the microskills and confidence to apply constellations theory and practice appropriately with clients. Examples of topics will include:
- Change & Transformation
- Organisational Trauma
- Partnerships, Collaborations & Mergers
- Leadership Authority & Service
- Family businesses & how family dynamics show up in business
- Other topics that are relevant to the group and which can be requested by the group
An important part of the learning journey is the creation of a genuine ‘community of practice’ that can be a resource for participants beyond the workshop series.
Structure & ethos
This will be a highly practical and experiential online workshop, facilitated via Zoom. There will be a lively mix of theoretical inputs, group discussions, practical exercises in pairs and small groups, and Q&A ‘clinics’ where each participant can get their most pressing questions answered. Each programme’s input session will also be filmed – so even if you miss one day, you will be sure to have the video material to fall back on. However - please note that breakout groups will not be filmed, to protect the more personal disclosure that makes pairs and small group activities so valuable. Each day will comprise 3 x 2-hour sessions
- Session 1: Themed input plus discussion/exploration
- Session 2: Practice in 1-2-1s, syndicates and as a whole group
- Session 3: Supervision of individual cases or further supported practice
Who should attend
This workshop is suitable for coaches who would benefit from:
- Advanced-level, themed inputs on a variety of organisational topics from a systemic, constellations perspective
- Peer ‘support and stretch’ in applying coaching constellations to practical client situations
- Occasional supervision with difficult client cases
Participants should have completed at least a ‘fundamentals’ or ‘basics’ programme and be looking to get to grips with the practicalities of coaching constellations.
The group is also relevant for therapists working with a systemic perspective, who have an interest in developing organisational coaching experience.
